About the role
Septic Blue, an established, reputable and fast‑growing septic pump and repair company, has partnered with TeamOne Logistics to seek septic service technicians. The role involves completing orders to pump, repair and service non‑hazardous liquid waste tanks (septic systems, grease traps, etc.) for residential, commercial, municipal and industrial customers, building positive customer relations, educating clients, diagnosing problems, and producing timely, well‑documented service reports.
Responsibilities
- Pump, repair and service septic systems, grease traps and related non‑hazardous liquid waste tanks.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing services and products.
- Diagnose and solve problems based on non‑technical descriptions.
- Prepare timely and well‑documented service reports.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Sales and customer service experience (include on resume).
- Ability to work long hours outdoors.
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Drug‑free.
- Valid CDL‑B (or A) driver’s license.
- Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain immediately.
