CDL Class A Yard Switcher - PM Shift

About the role

Operate a yard hostler with automatic transmissions to move trailers within a busy work site. Perform complete pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the yard hostler to ensure safety and DOT compliance. Strong backing skills are required.

Pay & Schedule

• $24 hourly, with time and a half guaranteed at 40 hours
• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule, occasional Saturdays
• 4 PM start time, 10-11 hour shifts
• Home daily, Sundays off

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of recent, verifiable Class A yard switcher, yard dog, or hostler experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• Up-to-date DOT medical card
• Strong safety record on MVR
