CDL Class A Truck Driver OTR

Driver Responsibilities

• Perform Pre/Post Trip inspections per applicable state and federal regulations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety practices.
• Maintain appropriate records in accordance with DOT Hours of Service regulations.
• Complete required paperwork daily.

Driver Qualifications And Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• TWIC Card (preferred).
• Clean MVR, no major incidents.
• Must qualify for a DOT medical card.
• Compliant with DOT substance abuse testing.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• No felonies or failed drug screens.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, frequent sitting, bending, pushing/pulling, and walking.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain logs and records in a timely manner.
