Job Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- Licence: CDL A with Hazmat Endorsement
- Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Equipment Experience: tractor trailer and freight delivery experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Responsibilities
- Safely operate 52' tractor trailer on local routes
- Transport food in accordance with DOT and company safety standards to warehouses
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to safely lift 50 lbs
