Compensation

• Paid CDL Class A training (tuition, testing fees, required materials) covered 100 % by Trulite.
• Post‑licensure driver rate: $22.89 per hour.

Schedule

Shift days and hours: Monday‑Friday (daily route hours vary).

Responsibilities

• Complete application and selection steps: HR screening, motor‑vehicle record/background review, DOT physical, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.
• Participate in CDL training (classroom instruction, behind‑the‑wheel driving, DOT compliance, glass‑specific load securement, and CDL skills testing) through an approved partner driving school.
• Engage in driver apprenticeship with supervised ride‑alongs, local delivery routes, mentorship, and formal checkpoints at 30‑ and 60‑day intervals.
• After successful apprenticeship, operate independently as a Class A tractor‑trailer driver delivering glass and aluminum products on assigned routes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21 for interstate routes (18 permitted for intrastate‑only roles, where applicable).
• Valid driver’s license held continuously for at least 3 years with no at‑fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years, and no DUI, reckless driving, or license suspension.
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT pre‑employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.
• Willingness to sign Trulite’s training service agreement.
