CDL Class A Driver

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital link in our field operations, ensuring the heavy machinery that builds our infrastructure arrives safely and on time. This role offers the unique experience of working with a tight-knit, high-performance team where you are valued as an individual "Cowboy" rather than just a number. You will have the chance to master complex equipment transport while supporting large-scale industrial and federal projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience, specifically with manual transmission vehicles.
• Proven ability to load, unload, and operate heavy construction equipment confidently.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as required by project demands.
• Physical capability to lift heavy loads and perform tasks associated with securing freight and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in heavy-haul transport specifically within the civil construction or utility sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of freight handling procedures and specialized equipment tie-down safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interface with government and industrial project representatives.
