CDL Class A Driver

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to customer locations.
• Safely operate a tractor trailer combination locally.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service; drivers are key ambassadors building relationships with customers.
• Read, write and understand English; use navigation software.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
• Travel: Approximately 80% of work inside the cab; remainder outdoors; may require overnight travel.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license; for company purposes a valid Class A or Class B driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to meet State and Federal transportation and medical requirements to operate a three‑axle vehicle.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, pulling.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds depending on specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
