CDL Class A Driver

Dawn Foods Global · Albuquerque, NM · 1 mo ago
On-siteManufacturing$33.85/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why work for Dawn Foods?" bullet list of benefits etc. Also "Job Purpose And Overview". Also "What Does It Take to be a CDL Class A Driver at Dawn Foods?" (qualifications). Also "What will you do as a CDL Class A Driver at Dawn Foods?" (responsibilities). Also "Physical Demands & Work Environment". Also "About Our Benefits". Also "Shift Schedule". Also "Pay" details: Competitive Pay $33.85 an hour $10,000 Signing Bonus etc. Also "Benefits" details: health insurance, 401K, holidays, PPE, etc. Also "Schedule" details: shift schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: Why work for Dawn Foods? bullet list: Industry-leading health insurance on Day 1! Competitive Pay $33.85 an hour $10,000 Signing Bonus 401(K) + company match 10 Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off Ride-along and Professional training Automatic Transmission Trailers have liftgates, no ramps! Trailer loaded by stop, not by zone Yearly boot allowance, uniforms, and protective eye wear (if applicable) Family-owned business over 100 years in service An opportunity for career advancement, working as part of an empowering workforce. Also shift schedule: Combination of shuttle and route delivery. Monday through Friday every other week. Tuesday through Friday on the alternating weeks. Start times range from 3:00 am - 5:00 am End times range from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Pay: Competitive Pay $33.85 an hour $10,000 Signing Bonus. Benefits: health insurance, 401K + company match, 10 Paid Company Holidays, Paid Time Off, Ride-along and Professional training, Automatic Transmission Trailers have liftgates, no ramps!, Trailer loaded by stop, not by zone, Yearly boot allowance, uniforms, and protective eye wear (if applicable), Family-owned business over 100 years in service, opportunity for career advancement. But note some of these appear in both "Why work for Dawn Foods?" and "About Our Benefits". We need to avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep all info, but we can combine similar items? Might be okay to have duplicates? Probably better to avoid duplicate lines but still preserve info. However duplicates are not prohibited; but we should avoid duplication of lines? Not explicitly prohibited. But we can combine into sections: Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, About the role (Job Purpose And Overview), Physical Demands & Work Environment. We need to decide headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Physical Demands & Work Environment (maybe not in list but we can still use heading). The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we need to ensure each heading has content. Let's extract content: About the role: Job Purpose And Overview paragraph. Responsibilities: "What will you do as a CDL Class A Driver at Dawn Foods?" list. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What Does It Take to be a CDL Class A Driver at Dawn Foods?" list of minimum qualifications and preferred experience. Benefits: "Why work for Dawn Foods?" bullet list plus "About Our Benefits" paragraph. Pay: "Competitive Pay $33.85 an hour $10,000 Signing Bonus" (also maybe mention industry-leading health insurance on Day 1 but that's benefits). So Pay heading includes that. Schedule: "Shift Schedule Combination of shuttle and route delivery..." paragraph. Physical Demands & Work Environment: that section. We must not include EEO etc. Now format: Use

for each heading. Then content: if list, use
    • . If prose, use

. For benefits list, we can use

      • . For responsibilities list,
        • . For requirements list,
          • . For schedule, maybe

            . For physical demands, maybe

(it's prose). For about the role,

            . For pay, maybe

            or

            • ? It's a statement; could be

. Make sure we don't include any extra text like "Note:"? The physical demands section includes a note about level of physical effort may vary; we should keep that as part of prose. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:

              Physical Demands & Work Environment

Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more than 50 pounds frequently. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Check for any duplicated content: We included benefits list includes items also in "Why work for Dawn Foods?" but we omitted the "Competitive Pay $33.85 an hour $10,000 Signing Bonus" from benefits list (we put under Pay). Good. We omitted "Industry-leading health insurance on Day 1!" we have that. We omitted "Ride-along and Professional training" we have. We omitted "Automatic Transmission Trailers have liftgates, no ramps!" we have. We omitted "Trailer loaded by stop, not by zone" we have. We omitted "Yearly boot allowance, uniforms, and protective eye wear (if applicable)" we have. We omitted "Family-owned business over 100 years in service" we have. We omitted "An opportunity for career advancement, working as part of an empowering workforce" we have. We omitted "PEOPLE. PRODUCTS. CUSTOMERS." maybe not needed. We omitted "Why should you apply? We invest in you!" maybe not needed as it's fluff. We omitted "Dawn is proud to employ the top talent..." paragraph under About Our Benefits; we captured benefits list but we might lose some prose about "Dawn is proud to employ the top talent..." and "We also help protect your future financial health..." etc. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that prose as well, maybe under Benefits as a paragraph before list. Let's add a

after Benefits heading: "Dawn is proud to employ the top talent in the baking industry, and we reward our people with comprehensive health and well-being coverage, competitive compensation packages, and award-winning benefit offerings. We also help protect your future financial health with a generous 401(k) matching program that provides additional retirement funds and many tools and resources on financial wellness. Dawn encourages professional growth through tuition assistance and educational programs, and we are always searching for ways to improve our industry-leading services and benefits." We already have list of specific benefits; we can keep both. Thus Benefits section:

              Benefits

Dawn is proud to employ the top talent in the baking industry, and we reward our people with comprehensive health and well-being coverage, competitive compensation packages, and award-winning benefit offerings. We also help protect your future financial health with a generous 401(k) matching program that provides additional retirement funds and many tools and resources on financial wellness.
