We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Let's extract: - About the role: "Job Purpose And Overview As a Driver for Dawn Foods, you will support our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the distribution center by driving a tractor-trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and Dawn team standards. This opportunity is a full-time and benefits-eligible position." - Responsibilities: "What will you do as a CDL Class A Driver at Dawn Foods? Obey all federal, state, and local rules and regulations of the road including all DOT operating, recording and safe food handling procedures Conduct daily face to face interaction with customers, representing Dawn Foods in a friendly, competent, and professional manner In a DSD (direct store delivery) setting, break down product and complete shelf stacking at each stop Driving and maintaining multi-temp trailers Offloading with electric pallet jacks/two wheelers Performing pre and post trip vehicle inspections as well as collecting invoice receipts that are generated from the deliveries" - Requirements/Qualifications: "What Does It Take to be a CDL Class A Driver at Dawn Foods? Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job. Class “A” CDL License in good standing Minimum of 6 months Class A Commercial driving experience Ability to work in the United States Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout work shift Ability to operate MHE equipment Experience delivering into food service accounts is preferred Lift-gate, reefer, electric pallet jack and forklift experience helpful Computer skills or experience with electronic logs helpful" - Skills: maybe combine some of the above like "Ability to operate MHE equipment", "Computer skills or experience with electronic logs helpful", "Experience delivering into food service accounts is preferred". Could be separate Skills section. - Benefits: from "Why should you apply? We invest in you! Industry-leading health insurance on Day 1! Competitive Pay $31.60 an hour $10,000 Signing Bonus 401(K) + company match 10 Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off Ride-along and Professional training Automatic Transmission Trailers have liftgates, no ramps! Trailer loaded by stop, not by zone Yearly boot allowance, uniforms, and protective eye wear (if applicable) Family-owned business over 100 years in service An opportunity for career advancement, working as part of an empowering workforce" Also later "About Our Benefits Dawn is proud to employ the top talent in the baking industry, and we reward our people with comprehensive health and well-being coverage, competitive compensation packages, and award-winning benefit offerings. We also help protect your future financial health with a generous 401(k) matching program that provides additional retirement funds and many tools and resources on financial wellness. Dawn encourages professional growth through tuition assistance and educational programs, and we are always searching for ways to improve our industry-leading services and benefits." We need to separate Pay and Schedule sections if they have specific content. Pay: "Competitive Pay $31.60 an hour $10,000 Signing Bonus". Also maybe mention "competitive compensation packages". We'll put Pay section with that. Schedule: "Shift Schedule Monday – Friday: Dependent on route, average 5 days per week. Start Times range from: 3:00 am – 7:00 am (dependent on route) End Times range from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm (until the route has been completed) Routes will not exceed DOT hours. Weekend work may be required based on business needs. Minimum of 1 overnight (layover) route per week. (Possibly 2 overnights, depending on business needs.)" Now we need to output HTML with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content is list vs prose. For About the role: prose paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements/Qualifications: list. Skills: maybe list. Benefits: list. Pay: maybe prose (or list). Since it's specific numbers, could be

. Schedule: prose. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • ...
    • ...
    Maybe also

    Skills

but could combine with Requirements. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to have Requirements and Skills separate if content exists. We have qualifications list; skills could be "Ability to operate MHE equipment", "Computer skills or experience with electronic logs helpful", "Experience delivering into food service accounts is preferred". Those are somewhat skills. We'll make a Skills section. Benefits: list. Pay:

    . Schedule:

. Now extract exact sentences. About the role paragraph: "As a Driver for Dawn Foods, you will support our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the distribution center by driving a tractor-trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and Dawn team standards. This opportunity is a full-time and benefits-eligible position." We could also include preceding sentence "Job Purpose And Overview". But we can just use the prose. Responsibilities list items: - Obey all federal, state, and local rules and regulations of the road including all DOT operating, recording and safe food handling procedures - Conduct daily face to face interaction with customers, representing Dawn Foods in a friendly, competent, and professional manner - In a DSD (direct store delivery) setting, break down product and complete shelf stacking at each stop - Driving and maintaining multi-temp trailers - Offloading with electric pallet jacks/two wheelers - Performing pre and post trip vehicle inspections as well as collecting invoice receipts that are generated from the deliveries Requirements list: - Class “A” CDL License in good standing - Minimum of 6 months Class A Commercial driving experience - Ability to work in the United States - Must be 21 years of age or older - Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout work shift - Ability to operate MHE equipment - Experience delivering into food service accounts is preferred - Lift-gate, reefer, electric pallet jack and forklift experience helpful - Computer skills or experience with electronic logs helpful But note some
