CDL Class A Delivery Driver
Job Description
We are seeking CDL Class A Drivers to service established commercial accounts within a defined local territory. Drivers are responsible for operating a delivery vehicle, servicing accounts, and executing in-store merchandising standards.
- Operate a CDL Class A vehicle on an assigned local delivery route
- Deliver product to a variety of commercial customer locations, including foodservice accounts
- Unload product using pallet jacks and hand trucks and place in designated areas
- Mercandise product by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining display standards
- Set up promotional materials such as pricing signage and displays as needed
- Verify delivery documentation, generate invoices, and complete daily settlement of deliveries
- Complete all scheduled stops and service requirements within assigned shift
Job Requirements
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Must have Class A CDL
- Must have DOT Medical Card
- Minimum of 2-year driving experience
- Able to lift and carry 20-45 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Able to operate pallet jacks, lift gates, and hand trucks
- Able to read, complete, and maintain required delivery and DOT documentation
- Strong customer service and communicating skills
