About the role
This position involves driving a CDL Class A truck to transport goods between Front Royal, VA and surrounding areas.Responsibilities
- Drive a CDL Class A truck to transport goods.
- Load and unload cargo from trucks.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate routes and schedules.
Requirements
- Valid Class A driver's license with at least 3 months recent experience.
- Live within 50 miles of Front Royal, VA or 30 miles of Cumberland, MD, Bethesda, MD, Wilmington, DE, Clinton, NJ, or New Stanton, PA.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
