CDL Class A Boom Operator

About the role

Blackwood Solutions is the nation's leading recycler of industrial wood and steel utility poles, turning them around and getting them into the hands of electric utilities and industrial partners across the U.S. The company is growing fast and seeks Class A CDL Drivers for End Dump and Knuckle Boom/Grapple operations, offering real money, modern equipment, and a reliable schedule.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 1 year of experience
• Strong, clean driving record
• A can‑do attitude
• Knuckle Boom/Grapple experience a plus — we’ll train the right candidate

Pay

• $1,400–$2,400 per week with overtime, paid weekly
• $500/month earned safety bonus on top of your paycheck
• Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, regularly available
• You’re a company employee, not a contractor
• Every work‑related expense covered
• Late‑model, well‑maintained, state‑of‑the‑art trucks
• All required PPE supplied — just bring your safety boots

Schedule

• Home every other weekend (2 weeks out, home on your 2nd weekend)
• Hotel expenses paid while you’re away
