CDL Class A, B, or C - On Call Driver - Flexible schedule required

Position Overview

Strange Trip Inc. is hiring dependable and professional CDL Class A, B, or C on-call drivers to support their growing team. This is a great fit for Uber, Lyft, or other gig workers who want extra income and a steady, reliable company to call home.

This position involves running dedicated local routes departing early morning from Piscataway, NJ. Drivers will be paid a fixed $50 weekly rate to remain on call, plus the regular route pay of $225 – $315 per day depending on the lane. Paid training with an experienced driver is provided.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C license
• Clean MVR and criminal background
• Prior truck-driving experience strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to safety, customer service, and equipment care
• Flexibility to be on call, covering shifts as needed

Compensation

• $50 weekly on-call pay
• $225 – $315 per day when called in to work, depending on the lane
