CDL Bus Operator

Role: Full-Time, Year-Round CDL Bus Operator responsible for operating transit buses in Aspen and Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Key Responsibilities Operate transit buses adhering to policies, directives, and traffic laws.Maintain knowledge of routes, stops, fare structures, and pass programs.Represent RFTA professionally, providing high-quality service.Perform pre- and post-trip inspections ensuring safety and mechanical soundness. Qualifications & Skills Must possess and maintain a Class B Colorado CDL with P2 endorsement (training provided).Pass DOT physical and maintain certification.At least 19 years old with three years of licensed driving experience.No more than two minor traffic violations in three years; no major violations in five years.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.Preferred but not required: high school diploma and experience with large vehicles.
