About the role
TransForce is seeking a CDL B Yard driver to support local operations based in Georgetown, KY. This is a temp-to-hire position with local shuttle runs handling auto parts in a 53' dry van using automatic transmission yard trucks.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 5:15 PM – 2:00 AM
- Pay: $27.16 per hour, overtime after 40 hours
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Auto parts
- Equipment: Yard truck, 53' Dry van
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL B yard equipment
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Requirements
- License: CDL B
- Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Handling: No-touch freight
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
