About the role

As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver, you’ll be more than just someone behind the wheel — you'll be a trusted partner, a vital part of our service promise, and a living example of our values in action.

Responsibilities

  • Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens
  • Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
  • Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
  • Maintain tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
  • Avoid DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
  • Strong safety mindset

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
  • 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
  • Bilingual
  • Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Pay

Compensation: $35 per hour ($30 per hour base rate + $5 per hour Weekend Warrior premium for all hours worked) + Shift Differential + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr

Schedule

Available Shift(s): Friday - Monday (4x10s), 2:00 am start time1-2 overnight/hotel stays per week as needed
