About the role

C&H Industrial Services is seeking a local CDL Driver / Local Truck Driver - CDL B Operator to join our team. This position involves operating industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and other heavy-duty cleaning systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive & Operate Equipment
• Transport, set up, and operate industrial vacuum trucks and hydroblasting machines for hazardous and non-hazardous cleanups.
• Keep Equipment Running Smoothly
• Perform inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs to keep equipment job-ready.
• Troubleshoot Like a Pro
• Identify mechanical issues and help keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart
• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and hazardous materials.
• Work Hard, Get Dirty
• Lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments including tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and elevated work areas.
• Prevent Cross-Contamination
• Clean and decontaminate equipment after each job to meet company and safety standards.

Requirements

• 21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
• Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Comfortable with 24/7 on-call scheduling.
• Ability to read, write, and follow safety procedures.
• Pass medical screenings and drug testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL license.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor.

Pay

$23-$26/hr

Schedule

On-call 24/7 operations as needed.
