About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL B driver for a local delivery position. This role involves delivering HVAC supplies with a focus on touch freight handling.

• Safely operate a CDL B vehicle
• Deliver HVAC supplies to various locations
• Unload freight using appropriate equipment
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: HVAC supplies
• Equipment: Pallet jack, dolly, and lift gate
• Handling: Driver unload required
• Stops: 8-10 stops per run, with potential for 2 runs in a day
• Transmission Type: Automatic
• Assignment Type: Temp to Hire

Minimum Requirements

• 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Light Touch handling experience

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
• Overtime: Available after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1st Shift
• Hours per week: 40
