CDL B Delivery Driver
About the role
Imperial Dade is seeking a CDL B Delivery Driver in Muscle Shoals, AL. This role is part of a strong and continuously evolving transportation group, supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to 15-25 stops daily
- Unload product using hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
- Deliver merchandise to customer-designated locations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate a 24' box truck weighing up to 26,000 pounds
- Track and document activity logs
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip
- Communicate with customers with a positive attitude
Requirements
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Pass a DOT Medical Exam
- A good driving record
- One year of recent CDL B experience
- One year of route delivery experience
- One year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
- Lift gate experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
- A strong work ethic
