Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of earthmoving and aerial work platforms.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance on equipment operation and safety.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss equipment status, maintenance schedules, and training needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational training program in equipment operation is beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and hydraulic components is helpful.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Basic computer skills for accessing company systems and documentation.
