CDL B Day Driver

About the Role

NuCO2, the largest national provider of beverage-grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry, is seeking a driver to deliver bulk CO2 liquid, high-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route. This role offers a 4-day work week, mostly local runs, and on-the-job training.

Schedule

Wednesday through Saturday, 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately load, transport, and unload CO2 and equipment for delivery.
• Use a handheld device for routing information, customer delivery details, and communication with depot management.
• Complete logs and reports as requested.
• Maintain basic records of truck mileage, deliveries made, and other business data.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have held a CDL for 24 months and used it for 12 months within the last 24 months.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Class A or B CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• Hold a current DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 400 pounds.
• Ability to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet).
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
