About the role
East Coast Lumber is seeking CDL-B Commercial Drivers for Full-time positions. The ideal candidate should have experience operating Moffett trucks, flat beds, and boom trucks.
Responsibilities
- Drive various types of trucks including Moffett, flat bed, and boom trucks
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Handle deliveries in various weather conditions
- Perform occasional weekend work as needed
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- New hire drug testing required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Positive attitude towards customers
- Capable of lifting over 100 pounds using proper techniques
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willing to perform other customer service and shipping tasks
