About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL B Box Truck Driver for a Temp to Perm position in Portland, Maine. The role involves delivering HVAC supplies within a 100-mile radius of Portland, with a pay rate of $28 per hour and overtime after 40 hours.

Job Details

• Route Type: Local - deliveries within 100 miles of Portland, ME
• Freight: HVAC Supplies
• Equipment: 26’ box truck with automatic transmission
• Handling: Deliveries to job sites, warehouses, and retail stores. Large items will be customer unloaded.
• Stops: 12-15 stops per day

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC supplies to various locations
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Minimum Requirements

• 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• CDL B License required

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $28 per hour
• Overtime: Available after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Start Time: 6 AM
