CDL B Box Truck Driver - $28/HR - Hazmat

About the role

Our client is seeking a CDL B Box Truck Driver to support local operations in Denver, Colorado. This on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. The assignment is temporary to permanent. The role involves local routes with an automatic transmission box truck, light‑touch handling using a pallet jack, and a temp‑to‑hire assignment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks, including unloading freight with a pallet jack.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including unloading at docks with a pallet jack.

Requirements

• Valid Class B commercial driver's license.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Pay

$28 per hour (estimated weekly pay: $1,120)

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. start, no weekends, approximately 40 hours per week.
