About the role
A LAZ CDL Shuttle Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient, and safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers and employees to and from assigned destinations, ensuring the safety and welfare of all passengers.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles.
- Greet, engage, and thank guests 100% of the time (GET 100).
- Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle, including ADA passengers if applicable.
- Effectively communicate and work in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
- Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
- Comply with Federal DOT, State and Local Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
Requirements
- Valid CDL: Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
- Endorsements: Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement required.
- Current DOT Medical Certificate or the ability to successfully pass a DOT physical examination.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have open availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- 1-2+ years of driving experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Physical Demands
- Ability to physically push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.).
Pay
$23.00/hour + tips.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Must have open availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
