This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CDL drivers looking for a home daily position with consistent overnight hours. About the Position We have two positions available with the following schedules: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Pay & Schedule Details $24.00 per hour Home Daily Consistent overnight schedule Job Details Route Type: Local Freight: No Touch Equipment: Well-maintained equipment Handling: Safely move trailers throughout the yard Key Responsibilities Safely move trailers throughout the yard. Spot trailers into and out of loading dock doors. Couple and uncouple tractors and trailers. Chock trailers during loading and unloading operations. Pull loaded and empty trailers from dock doors. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Follow all Penske Logistics, DOT, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and dispatch. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years). Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements. Valid CDL Class A License. 12 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience. Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one). No more than two moving violations or preventable accidents within the past three years. Ability to communicate in English in accordance with DOT regulations.
