Responsibilities

• Home daily with occasional layovers
• No touch freight / drop & hook
• Dedicated account – dry van
• Consistent routes and set schedules

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience
• Position based in Indianapolis, IN; must live within 30 miles of the location

Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,950‑$2,140
• Top drivers earning up to $120,000 annually
• Pay rate: $0.75‑$0.80 per mile (CPM)
• Starting pay based on experience
• Annual mileage pay increase
• Monthly performance bonus
