About the Role

Road Warrior OTR positions are for top drivers who thrive on long miles and big payoffs. This role offers real rest with up to 20 days at home between trips, avoiding rushed 34-hour resets or fleeting 2-day breaks.

Pay

• Up to 80CPM, including 75CPM base pay plus up to 5CPM in bonus incentives.
• Top weeks can reach $2,200.
• $1,725 weekly minimum guaranteed pay.
• Drop pay, detention pay, and layover pay included.
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses.

*Road Warrior OTR 80CPM pay consists of a 75CPM base pay and 5CPM in temporary bonuses applicable for the first 6 months of employment.

Schedule

• 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips.
