About the role

Road Warrior OTR positions are not for every driver – only the best. Take on long miles, earn big payoffs, and enjoy real rest (up to 20 days) when you're home. This role offers more total home time with 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips, ensuring you get a genuine break.

Pay

• Earn up to 80CPM, including a 75CPM base pay plus up to 5CPM in bonus incentives.
• Top weeks can reach $2,200.
• $1,725 weekly minimum guaranteed pay.
• Drop pay, detention pay, and layover pay.
• Clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses.

Road Warrior OTR 80CPM pay is comprised of a 75CPM base pay and 5CPM in temporary bonuses applicable for the first 6 months of employment.
