CDL A Truck Driver - Up to $2,200 per week

About the Role

Road Warrior OTR drivers take on long miles to earn big payoffs and enjoy real rest—up to 20 days at home between trips. This role is designed for top drivers who want to maximize earnings and home time without rushed resets or minimal breaks.

Earn up to 80CPM, including a 75CPM base pay plus up to 5CPM in bonus incentives, with top weeks reaching $2,200. A minimum guaranteed pay of $1,725 per week ensures you’re compensated for your time on the road.

Run 100% no-touch freight in reliable, modern equipment: Freightliner Cascadia tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters, and refrigerated trailers.

Pay

• Up to 80CPM (75CPM base pay + up to 5CPM in temporary bonuses for the first 6 months)
• Top weekly earnings reaching $2,200
• $1,725 weekly minimum guaranteed pay
• Additional pay: drop pay, detention pay, layover pay
• Bonuses: clean inspection, safety, and referral bonuses

Schedule

• 10 to 20 straight days at home between trips
• No rushed 34-hour resets or minimal breaks

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer (combination vehicle) experience
