What You'll Earn
- Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year
- 60 CPM base pay plus up to 4 CPM in performance incentives
- $1,350 minimum pay for qualifying weeks
- Loyalty pay that starts immediately—earn up to 5.5 CPM in loyalty pay, accruing from day one
- $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay
- $1,250 paid orientation
Schedule & Home Time
- Run a 3-week schedule that maximizes earning power

Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- 12+ months Regional or OTR experience
