About the role

Kivi Bros. is a third‑generation, family‑owned trucking company built on professionalism, integrity, and respect. As a CDL‑A Company Driver you will operate modern trucks (averaging less than 2.5 years old) on a consistent over‑the‑road (OTR) rhythm—typically two weeks out and three days home—while receiving 24/7 dispatch and support. Paid flatbed training and orientation are provided.

Pay

• Top earners can reach up to $90,000 per year.*
• Average earnings $1,400‑$1,600 per week with a 60‑61 CPM base pay, plus safety and performance incentives.
• Additional compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay.
• Bonuses and other incentives are available.

Schedule

Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Minimum of 2 years CDL‑A driving experience.
