- 2 years of CDL A driving experience

Pay
Top earners reach up to $90,000 per year.* Strong earnings averaging $1,400‑$1,600 per week, with 60‑61 CPM base pay, plus safety and performance incentives.* Extra pay for effort includes tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay.* All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Schedule
Consistent OTR rhythm: run 2 weeks out, 3 days home, providing solid miles with meaningful reset time.
