Company Driver Overview
Top earners can reach up to $90,000 per year. Average earnings range from $1,400‑$1,600 per week with a base pay of 60‑61 CPM, plus safety and performance incentives. Drivers enjoy a consistent OTR rhythm—two weeks out, three days home—providing solid mileage and meaningful reset time. Extra pay is available for tarp work, stops, breakdowns, layovers, and detention. The fleet consists of trucks averaging less than 2.5 years old, supported by 24/7 dispatch and support teams. Paid orientation is provided.
Pay
- Up to $90,000 per year for top earners (subject to job type, location, experience, and performance).
- Average weekly earnings $1,400‑$1,600.
- Base pay of 60‑61 CPM.

- Additional compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, detention pay.
- Referral bonus of $1,000 (subject to terms).
Schedule
- Consistent OTR rhythm: 2 weeks out, 3 days home.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A license.
