Pay & Earnings

• Top earners reach $90,000 per year
• Strong earnings averaging $1,400-$1,600
• 60-61 CPM base pay, plus safety and performance incentives built in
• Extra pay for extra effort: tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay

Schedule & Home Time

• Consistent OTR rhythm: run 2 weeks out, 3 days home, giving you solid miles with meaningful reset time

Equipment & Support

• Drive equipment averaging less than 2.5 years old
• Backed by 24/7 dispatch and support teams
• Paid orientation and paid flatbed training

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 2 years of CDL A driving experience
