Responsibilities

• Run OTR routes with a consistent rhythm: 2 weeks out, 3 days home.
• Operate modern equipment averaging less than 2.5 years old.
• Maintain communication with 24/7 dispatch and support teams.

Pay

• Top earners reach up to $90,000 per year.
• Strong earnings averaging $1,400–$1,600 per week.
• Base pay 60–61 CPM.
• Safety and performance incentives.
• Extra pay: tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, detention pay.

• Valid CDL‑A license.
