Role Overview

CDL‑A Company Drivers enjoy a consistent over‑the‑road (OTR) rhythm—typically two weeks out and three days home—providing solid mileage with meaningful reset time. Drivers operate modern trucks averaging less than 2.5 years old, backed by 24/7 dispatch and support teams, and receive paid orientation and flatbed training.

Compensation

• Top earners can reach up to $90,000 per year*.
• Strong earnings averaging $1,400‑$1,600 per week, with a 60‑61 CPM base pay.
• Safety and performance incentives are built into the pay structure.
• Additional pay for extra effort, including tarp pay, stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, and detention pay.

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A license.
