CDL A Truck Driver Team $140k to $160k per driver
About the role
As a Team Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.
Responsibilities
- Pull van trailers up to 53' or double trailers
- Operate equipment safely at all times

- Work in a family-owned, privately held transportation company founded in 1965 that caters to the transportation and distribution industry.
Requirements
- CDL Class A
- 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
- Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years
- Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian
- Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
- Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
- Must be able to complete a successful road test
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
- Must be dependable
- Preferred Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
- Experienced hauling Haz-mat
- Experienced pulling doubles
- Any LTL freight experience
Qualifications
Requirements include CDL Class A, 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years, good driving record / MVR and PSP, age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian, ability to operate equipment safely, ability to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen, ability to complete a successful road test, ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty, dependability, and preferred qualifications such as experience with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements, experience hauling Haz-mat, and experience pulling doubles. Any LTL freight experience is also preferred.
Skills
Skills required include operating heavy machinery safely, passing DOT physical and drug screen, and completing a successful road test.
