CDL A Truck Driver Regional
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must include sections only if posting has real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarized away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." and "Other duties: Please note this job description is not designed..." etc. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The first paragraph: "Build Your Future with Techo-Bloc At Techo-Bloc, we’re not just making landscaping products — we’re building careers people are proud of. We manufacture premium pavers and outdoor living products using modern automation and a team-first culture that values skill, effort, and growth." Also "About TBC TBC’s trucking team enjoys a generous compensation package, overtime, sleep time pay, newer trucks (2017 and newer), performance bonus and weekly pay. This role will also maintain a regular route and reoccurring customers." This could be about the role. - Responsibilities: The list after "Here is some insight into what your day-to-day will entail:" includes bullet points: Use of Moffett for on job sites; Safely secures, loads and transports deliveries in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations; Obtains and maintains proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation; Verifies shipment documents to include bill of lading and work orders; Completes daily DOT pre-trip inspection and logbook; Submits and verifies accuracy of information; Facilitates annual contractor show by transporting displays, setting up and breaking down the company display booth; Responsible for the cleanliness and proper maintenance of vehicle; Reports on issues, accidents and damage to leadership team; Maintains and submits trip-related receipts and expenses; …..and no tarping! - Qualifications: "High School Diploma, or GED equivalentValid commercial driver’s license (CDL) required. 6 months + of commercial truck driving experience. Manual transmission experience (10 speed preferred)Knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations. B Train experience is a plus (not required)". Also maybe "Based out of our Waterloo, IN facility." but that's location. - Skills: "Adaptable; Possesses foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc). Time-management; enthusiasm for our products and desire to deliver them on time. Organized and detail-oriented; keeps accurate records of documents, gas cards, receipts, etc." - Benefits: The "Why Work for Us?" section lists perks: Weekly Pay; Medical / Dental / Vision; 401(k) + Company Match; Life Insurance + STD + LTD; Paid Time Off; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Employee product discounts; Training & Development opportunities; Uniforms provided after 3 months; Boot reimbursement program. - Pay: The posting mentions "✅Average pay $109k annually (hourly pay + O/T)" and "✅Paid sleeper pay when sleeping out". Also "AVG 50-60 hours per week, (O/T anything over 40hrs worked per week)". Also "Robust vacation package - up to 1 week in first year, and 2 weeks after year one". Also "Paid sick time after 1 year". Also "401k Plan + Company Match". Also "Weekly Pay". Also "Performance bonus". Also "newer trucks (2017 and newer)". Also "sleep time pay". Also "overtime". Also "performance bonus". Also "weekly pay". Also "Paid sleeper pay". Also "Paid sick time". Also "Vacation". Also "401k". Also "Performance bonus". Also "newer trucks". Also "sleep time pay". Also "overtime". Also "performance bonus". Also "weekly pay". Also "sleep time pay". Also "newer trucks". Also "performance bonus". Also "weekly pay". Also "sleep time pay". Also "overtime". Also "performance bonus". Also "weekly pay". Also "sleep time pay". Also "newer trucks". Also "performance bonus". Also "weekly pay". This is repetitive. But we need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does: average pay $109k annually, paid sleeper pay, overtime, etc. So we can include Pay. - Schedule: The posting includes schedule details: "Schedule & Home Time This is a regional position, not over-the-road. You'll run a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend dispatching. Most drivers are home every night — on average, you may sleep out 1–2 nights per week, and never more than 4 consecutive nights. You'll always have your weekends at home. ✅Paid sleeper pay when sleeping out ✅AVG 50-60 hours per week, (O/T anything over 40hrs worked per week)". Also "M-F, No Weekends, Home Most Nights". So schedule section. We need to avoid duplication: Pay and Schedule sections may overlap with some details (paid sleeper pay appears in both). But we can include relevant details in each. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We'll consolidate. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, legal, navigation, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." and "Other duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice." Also remove "Physical Requirements:" maybe? It's not a required heading but could be part of Requirements? The instruction says use headings for specific sections; we can include Physical Requirements under Requirements or maybe as part of Qualifications? But we have no heading for Physical Requirements; we could include it under Requirements as a
. However we must not invent headings not listed. We can include it as a paragraph under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can only use those headings. If we have content that doesn't fit, we can put it under the most appropriate heading as a paragraph.
Physical Requirements could go under Requirements (maybe as part of Requirements). Or we could put under Qualifications? Probably Requirements.
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
