Responsibilities
- Participating in classroom and hands-on load securement training
- Gaining equipment familiarity, driving, backing, and completing thorough DOT pre-trip inspections
- Engaging in four weeks of OTR training with an experienced driver trainer within proximity of your home, with options to get home most weekends
- Driving and managing loads as a flatbed driver once training is complete
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Little or no prior driving experience
- Clean driving record with no recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
- Last five years of work history
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn up to $100,000 annually in the first year
- Paid training at $650 per week during orientation and final week on the road
- Home weekends and paid holidays
- Additional pay for tarp handling and a continuous run incentive program
