Responsibilities
- Participate in classroom instruction, load securement, and equipment familiarization.
- Engage in hands-on driving, backing, and DOT pre-trip inspection training.
- Complete four weeks of OTR training with an experienced driver trainer.
- Learn to operate and secure loads efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
