Responsibilities
- Complete classroom instruction, hands-on load securement, equipment familiarization, driving, backing, and DOT pre-trip inspection training.
- Engage in four weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer to develop essential flatbed driving skills.
- Learn load securement, equipment operation, and safety protocols to succeed as a flatbed driver.
- Receive ongoing support from a trainer based near your home to facilitate weekend returns during training.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimal or no prior driving experience
- No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
- Last five years of work history

Pay
