About the role
Knight Transportation is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to operate in the Portland, OR and surrounding areas, running from Oregon to Northern California.
Responsibilities
- Drive between Oregon and Northern California
- Operate under terms and conditions that allow getting home every other day based on home location
- Earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL license
- 6 months of Class A experience within the last year or 1 year of Class A experience within the last 5 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- Pass a DOT physical and drug test
Qualifications
- Must be able to drive long distances
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills
- Strong driving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure

Pay
The pay is based on average 2,100 weekly miles and terms and conditions apply, ask a recruiter for details.
