CDL A Truck Driver – Local Routes, Home Nightly

From production warehouses to distribution points, our CDL Drivers keep product moving safely and efficiently across Green Bay—helping us deliver on our promise to make everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable. All local routes, home every night. Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule.
This schedule includes: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, then Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. 12-hour static shifts (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Driving CNG trucks and trailers between Green Bay locations.
- Local shuttling product to/from production warehouses
- Ensure equipment is safe and properly working conditions
- Complete a pre and post trip inspection in Geotab, for every truck and trailer driven daily
- Communicate repairs needed to equipment to the Fleet Manager, so equipment is compliant with all company purchasing, safety and food safety requirements, and applicable laws
- Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintains current knowledge of, and complies with, CDL/DOT and Company/Plant requirements and standards
- Completing monthly CNG cornerstone trainings
Qualifications
- Excellent driving record, and at least 2 to 3 years’ experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- At least 21 years of age
- Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card (manual transmission endorsement/experience required)
- Pass all DOT requirements to drive
- Pass CNG road test
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Pay
Starting Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. Paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
