CDL – A Truck Driver Linehaul
About the role
R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Linehaul Drivers at our Kansas City, KS Service Center. As a Linehaul Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations, and returning home daily.
Responsibilities
As a Linehaul Driver, you will be responsible for operating equipment safely at all times and completing a successful road test. You will also be required to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
Requirements
- CDL Class A
- 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
- Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years
- Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
- Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
- Experienced hauling Haz-mat
- Experienced pulling doubles
- Any LTL freight experience

Pay
Our drivers can earn up to $95,000 yearly.
Schedule
Our drivers are home every day and earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment.
