About the role

We’re looking for a CDL A Truck Driver IV to join our team at our Aurora, IL facility. This position offers competitive pay starting at $28.00 per hour, plus overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a daily driver’s log or route sheet for mileage, stops, and cargo, or utilize an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) system.
  • Maintain pickup and delivery schedules meeting deadlines using software tools.
  • Keep vehicle/work area clean.
  • Know and understand safety and security precautions and follow company policies.
  • Demonstrate safety and security precautions and follow company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Valid Class A License and meet applicable DOT requirements for CDL.
  • Minimum of six months verifiable driving experience with a safe driving record.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs., walk, stand, stoop, and bend with or without accommodations.
  • Able to work mandatory overtime that may include weekends, holidays, and/or a different shift with little or no advance notice.
  • Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records.

Schedule

Work Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM
Training Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM for at least 2 weeks

Pay

$28.00 per hour plus overtime
