Responsibilities

  • Haul 100% no-touch refrigerated freight (reefer) or 100% no-touch dry van freight, with no forced NYC dispatch.
  • Run 2,500‑2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work‑rest rhythm.
  • Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage (dry van).

Pay

  • Reefer Truck Driver: $0.64‑$0.72 per mile (CPM) based on experience.
  • Dry Van Driver: $0.58‑$0.67 per mile (CPM) based on experience.
  • Limited‑time sign‑on bonus: $5,000 for reefer, $2,500 for dry van.
  • Orientation pay: $250.
  • Vacation pay: $1,000.
  • Bi‑annual compensation reviews.
  • Base pay range: $0.55‑$0.66 CPM (varies by job type, location, experience, and performance).

Schedule

  • Average 2,500‑2,800+ miles per week.
  • Typically out one to two weeks at a time with structured time off you can plan around.
  • Predictable, consistent miles with planned home time.

Requirements

  • CDL‑A license.
  • OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years.
  • OTR Refrigerated: 6‑12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years; refrigerated experience preferred.
  • Safe driving record.
