Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• At least 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Minimum age 21 years

Pay

• Starting pay rate: $0.45‑$0.65 per mile (loaded and empty), includes per diem
• Safety‑based raise after first 30 days accident‑free with high safety score
• Pay increases reviewed bi‑annually
• Weekly guarantee for working a full schedule (subject to terms)
• Detention pay, layover pay, stop pay, and bonus opportunities
• Eligibility for guaranteed gross weekly pay after 30 days, contingent on no preventable accidents and no service failures
