Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A
- At least 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
- Minimum age 21 years
Starting pay is dependent on verified safe driving experience and includes per diem. Pay rate increases are reviewed bi‑annually for accident‑free drivers with high safety scores. Drivers may be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount after 30 days of employment, provided they work a full schedule, have no service‑failure responsibility, and no preventable accidents.
