About the role

TransAm Trucking is hiring company CDL‑A truck drivers for long‑haul career opportunities. Drivers enjoy a starting pay rate from $0.45 per mile to $0.65 per mile, loaded and empty (includes per diem). Safety is rewarded early and often—starting with a raise after the first 30 days if you stay accident‑free and maintain a high safety score. Pay increases are reviewed bi‑annually, providing opportunities to grow earnings through safe, consistent driving. There is a weekly guarantee for working a full schedule. Detention pay is offered. Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• At least 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Minimum age 21 years

Pay

Starting pay rate ranges from $0.45 to $0.65 per mile (loaded and empty, includes per diem). After the first 30 days accident‑free and with a high safety score, drivers receive a raise. Pay increases are reviewed bi‑annually. A weekly guarantee applies for those working a full schedule. Drivers may become eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount after completing 30 days of employment, provided they have no service failures and no preventable accidents; continued employment through the payment date is a condition of eligibility.
